Debbie Aceto Environ., Safety and Training Manager Montgomery County MD Fleet Management Services

I am responsible for all types of training for an organization that maintains a vehicle fleet (mostly transit buses and heavy equipment) - a challenging group to train. I am looking to increase training engagement through games and simulations. I welcome suggestions and other information. I found out about NASAGA at a conference I recently attended.
