She has 20 years of experience in all phases of training, performance improvement, and organization development, including needs analysis, design, development, facilitation and evaluation. She has extensive experience in classroom and online leadership and employee development training in the utilities, automotive, financial services, aerospace, high-tech, and healthcare industries. Her clients include such names as Toyota Financial Services, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Marquette Medical Systems, and Southern California Gas Company. Ms. Tabaee frequently presents and publishes articles on a variety of human resource development topics at national and international conferences. She is currently involved in a multitude of corporate training projects, in addition to teaching Human Resource Development and Advanced Human Resource Management classes at UCLA Extension. In addition to her extensive leadership development background, Ms. Tabaee has participated in workshops and performed with various improv groups such as Second City Hollywood, UCLA Extension, and ImprovMasters Toastmasters for the past 5 years. She is an active member of Applied Improvisation Network, and is the liaison for the organization’s Los Angeles Chapter.
Ms. Tabaee is a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Program at Pepperdine University. Prior to starting her doctoral education, Ms. Tabaee had received a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management, specializing in Organization Development and Training from Antioch University Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Statistics from State University of New York at Stony Brook. Ms. Tabaee is a Certified Career and Job Transition Coach and a certified DDI facilitator. Her dissertation topic is “Assessing the Impact of Improvisation Techniques on Leadership Development”.
