Hello Everyone!!

I intend to start a workshop which could enable Call center frontline agents to correctly Spell/pronounce/appropriatly use(on calls) their customers names in order to get effective customer service.

I was hoping to get some ideas, roleplays, jolts, Games, etc. which could make this workshop interactive and with robust Learning.

I look forward to your ideas.

Thanks and Regards..

Ankit

Game design begins with an inspiration, but there are many techniques and rules to master before mastering the art. This is true I imagine of everything, but game suggests facility, but it is not. I would suggest, re Deborah's reflexion, that nothing builds self-esteem like winning in a game. This is true for both sexes, as I have experimented, although woman do not definem winning in the same way as men. They also do not play the same way !

Just met with a trainer who is looking to create a game (mostly board game) for an Action Learning certification program. As I get more information, I'm sure I'll be looking here for some ideas.

we need some games that build self esteem without attention to gender or physical appeal. What I am thinking is something that special needs could participate along with "normal" so it would need to de-emphasize competition.
