Searching for a game called Sky Shuttle

a friend of mine told me about the simulation game Sky Shuttle. It sounds very intresting for me because it is not only a production game - its also simulates the social aspect: like the change from hierarchy to group work.

Is there someone who could give me further information about the social roles and changes which are implemented in this game?
