Position Overview:
The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) is seeking a Director of Training and Development. The primary responsibilities of this position are to oversee, supervise and manage the leadership development training programs of AFBF. This includes managing a staff of two professional trainers and one support staff person as well as designing, developing and delivering training programs for volunteer leaders and staff across the country.
