Interactive training class on motivation and/or team building

Hello! Does anyone have any suggestions for an interactive session on any of the following topics:

  • Motivation
  • Team building
  • Organizational culture
  • Values
  • Any other topics that can result in an engaged workforce in a manufacturing environment

We would like the session to be about 2 hours or so. Thanks!

Jen,

Training by itself does not usually engage a workforce. What are the outcomes you want to achieve for each of the topics?   Are you looking to do several two hour session?

I have always liked the work of the gallup organization on engagement. Here is an overview article that may be of help.

Thanks Chris! Our training group is given two hours during a day-long meeting held in our manufacturing plants every two years. In the past, we've taught the FISH philosophy, which the team members all seemed to like, but seems to have run its course, according to senior management. So they would like a class that is similar (fun), yet different. My feeling is that this session is really just a way to open the day-long meeting in a fun, energy-producing way (the rest of the meeting is fairly boring) and if they see results from it, then that's all the better. Does that make sense?

Thanks for the article! It is very interesting!
