Hello,

I am an 8th grade English teacher in VA and I am looking for games that stimulate analytic thought and involve reading and writing.

Stephan, I am attending an open online course called Games Based Learning. The content is open to view without registration. There are a variety of resources scattered throughout the course and you are welcome to wander through it. This contribution looked particularly interesting.  The course runs through next week and you are also welcome to join in,  most of the participants are k-12 educators. There is a related Diigo shared bookmarks list with more than 100 links http://groups.diigo.com/group/games-in-the-classroom. Hope this is a start for you.
