Business Acumen for Trainers

I am currently designing a Business Acumen simulation and workshop for training consultants to be run as a one-day workshop.

In the moring the learners will run a simulated training business and in the afternoon the learners will discuss and explore the wider issues and aspects of running their training business.

I will not be charging for the workshop but, hopefully, my out of pocket expenses will be covered.
